These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Perduric website and its project inquiry process. The website is operated by Perduric Systems, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Perduric," "we," "us," or "our"). You accept these Terms by checking the agreement box when submitting an inquiry. If you do not agree, do not submit an inquiry.

Website and Services

The website describes work Perduric may offer and lets you send a project inquiry. Website content is general information, not an offer, proposal, or commitment to provide services. We may decline an inquiry or stop corresponding about it.

A project begins only when the appropriate Perduric operating entity and the client sign a separate agreement. That agreement, not these Terms, controls the scope, fees, deliverables, ownership, confidentiality, warranties, and liability for that project. If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.

Your Inquiry

By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you submit an inquiry on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form. An inquiry does not create a client, fiduciary, or confidential relationship. If your project requires a confidentiality agreement before you can share details, contact us first and do not include those details in the inquiry.

You retain ownership of material you submit. You permit us to use, copy, and share it with our team, relevant operating entities, service providers, and project collaborators as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We will not publish your inquiry as a testimonial or portfolio item without your permission.

Acceptable Use

You may use the website for lawful purposes, including learning about Perduric and sending genuine project inquiries. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, use automated requests that burden the service, impersonate another person, or submit information you have no right to provide. We may limit access or reject submissions that appear to violate these Terms or threaten the website or others.

Website Content

Perduric and its licensors retain their rights in the website, its design, text, software, and other content, except for material you submit. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary business purposes. No other license is granted to reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit website content without our written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

The website may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices; review their terms and privacy notices before using them. We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every inquiry or message will be received or delivered.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties about accuracy, availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any information about a possible project is preliminary until a signed agreement says otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, Perduric is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. A signed project agreement governs liability for the services it covers.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you and Perduric consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Revised Terms apply to inquiries submitted after they are posted. They do not change a signed project agreement unless that agreement permits the change.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a Perduric operating entity or to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including those in Your Inquiry, Website Content, Disclaimer and Liability, and Governing Law and Venue, survive after you stop using the website.
