Perduric Systems, LLC ("Perduric," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the website or submit a project inquiry. If another Perduric operating entity takes on your project, we will identify it in the applicable proposal or agreement. That entity may also receive your inquiry information to evaluate or perform the work.

This policy covers the website and inquiry process. A separate agreement may describe how we handle information during a client project.

Information We Collect

  • Inquiry details. We collect the name, organization, email address, optional phone number, contact preference, service area, project focus, timeline, and project summary you submit. If you select text message contact, we also record the consent statement version and when you accepted it. Please do not put passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in the project summary.
  • Verification, agreement, and delivery information. We create links and browser sessions to confirm your email address and let you return to your inquiry. We record confirmation status, requests for new access links, and whether related emails were accepted or delivered. When you submit an inquiry, we also record that you agreed to the Terms of Service and acknowledged this Privacy Policy, the versions of each presented, and the time you did so.
  • Technical and security information. When you use the website, our systems and hosting providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request times. We use your email address and IP address to limit repeated inquiry submissions.
  • Usage information. We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use the website, such as pages viewed, time spent, the referring website, browser and device type, and approximate location. We do not send inquiry details to Google Analytics.

How We Use Information

We use this information to receive and assess inquiries; verify email addresses; provide and protect access to submitted inquiry details; route requests to the appropriate Perduric team or operating entity; contact you about your request; notify our inquiry reviewers; maintain, analyze, and improve the website; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use inquiry details for unrelated marketing without a separate basis to do so.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or require us to accept a project.

When We Disclose Information

  • Our team and operating entities. People who review inquiries and the Perduric entity that may handle the requested work can access information needed for that purpose. We may notify them about new and confirmed inquiries by email.
  • Service providers. Providers that host the website or database, support its operation, or deliver email may process information for us. ZeptoMail, a Zoho Corporation service, delivers our emails, including internal inquiry notifications, and reports whether they were delivered. Google Analytics, a Google LLC service, provides website analytics. Google's use of the information it collects is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
  • Project collaborators. If needed to evaluate or carry out a request, we may share relevant inquiry details with a person or business working with us on that request. We do not give them information for their independent marketing.
  • Legal and business events. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and Tracking Choices

The inquiry process uses first-party browser cookies to keep an unconfirmed inquiry session or a confirmed inquiry summary session. These cookies are necessary to let you return to your inquiry from the same browser and expire no later than seven days after they are set. If you block them, you may need a new email link to view your inquiry.

Google Analytics uses cookies to understand how visitors use the website. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Google may collect information through Google Analytics as described in this policy; we do not otherwise allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across websites through this website.

Email and Text Messages

We send emails to confirm your address and provide access to your inquiry. If an email is not delivered, we may record that status and offer a way to request another link.

Selecting text message as your preferred contact method records your consent to receive messages about this inquiry. The current automated inquiry workflow does not send text messages to prospects. If we contact you by text about your inquiry, you can ask us to stop by replying to the message or contacting us at the address below. We do not use this consent to send marketing texts or provide your text-message consent to others for their marketing.

Retention and Security

Email confirmation and inquiry access links expire. Browser sessions expire no later than seven days after they are created. We retain inquiry records, agreement and consent records, delivery records, and security records for as long as reasonably needed to assess and respond to the request, maintain a record of our communications, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. A client agreement may require a different retention period for project records. You may request deletion as described below; legal holds and other lawful retention requirements may apply.

We use safeguards such as email verification, expiring access links, access controls, and encryption to protect the inquiry process. A private inquiry link alone does not reveal your submitted details. The inquiry database also stores the submitted details so that authorized reviewers can assess them. No system can guarantee complete security.

Your Choices and Requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information in your inquiry, or to change your contact preference. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain information where required or permitted by law. If an applicable privacy law gives you additional rights, we will honor them. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children

This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will take any additional steps required by law.
